Whidbey Island has several wedding venues close to The Quintessa!
A creation of love, Cascadia Meadows, is the newest venue on the island by our neighbors,
Emily & Paul, just down the hill from The Quintessa
Having planned their own wedding on Whidbey Island, Emily & Paul are intimately in touch with all of the vendors and resources.
Located in the beautiful Maxwelton Valley on the southern end of Whidbey Island, Cascadia Meadows at The Little Brown Church is nestled on the edge of a fresh-water estuary and surrounded by forests in every direction. Their 3 acres surrounded by 30 acres of private and publicly protected nature reserve remind you that you are in the heart of the Pacific Northwest.

Just 6 miles away, neighbors, Dawn & Dave, created their lakeside 10-acre venue, Fireseed
Dave and Dawn graduated from New York’s Culinary Institute of America (CIA) together in 1996. They married shortly thereafter and, upon completing an honorary fellowship at CIA, they moved to Chicago for a stint in corporate dining. By 1999, Dawn and Dave moved to Wisconsin and opened two successful restaurants. After completely renovating their 10-acre property (complete w/ 4,200 sq/ft event hall + 2,000 sq/ft. lounge), Fireseed now solely caters events held at their on-site facility. Such emphasis allows them to focus exclusively on your event, preparing any request from their commercial kitchen, offering a lush garden setting year-round, and hosting ceremonies as well as receptions in their indoor and outdoor spaces. |
This wedding venue is nestled in the pastoral hills of the scenic and artistic Whidbey Island and located just 7.6 miles away.
Imagine a summer ceremony facing our picturesque vineyard, cocktail hour at the Bocce Bar,
and reception and dancing in the Barn under the sparkling chandeliers.
In the winter, ceremony could be indoors in the heated, rustic chic barn.
Step outside to see the vineyard magically light up in the evening.
Dancing Fish Vineyards offer a variety of packages that cater to your vision and host weddings year-round.
